Cheryl-leigh (December 2000 - February 20001)
Dream: I am walking along a bush track and a snake jumps at me and bites my hand. My mother, father and husband are suddenly there and they are all panicking. My mother is absolutely freaking out and tells me it was a deadly brown snake and I have only minutes to live as we can't get to the hospital in time. Initially I am scared but then my image of the snake changes and I am telling them they are wrong that it wasn't a long thin brown snake but a large thick brown snake with golden diamonds on its back. I tell them that it didn't hurt me and I am alright. They keep telling me, my mother being the most persistent, that I am wrong but I feel very calm and sure that I am right and will be OK. Minutes pass and I am still alive and I feel some sort of fondness for the snake even though I don't really like snakes or have seen many.. A week and a half later I have another dream and I am walking along a cliff looking for something in a hole and I look inside a large hole that has a piece of fibro covering the entrance. I remove the fibro and see something inside and step back and a huge snake slides out of the hole and then slides straight back in. I feel like it's showing itself to me more clearly this time to tell me something. It's the same snake and I think it's a powerful diamond python even thought it doesn't coil up but stays perfectly straight. I am not scared of it, more respectful and feel that it doesn't want to harm me. I am now eagerly awaiting for another dream of this snake as I feel the next dream will bring me closer to understanding the message the snake is bringing me.
