Emma (December 2000 - February 20001)
Dream: I am wondering, though, what is going on in my dreams. I am having trouble sleeping and in the morning I remember having quite a few dreams that are very vivid during the dream, but very hard to explain in the morning as the images are blurry, or hard to remember. So all I can remember in the morning is having a vivid dream, but not what the dream was about. Usually I can feel a difference between dreams that are trying to tell me something, or dreams that are just sorting out the days happenings. The difficulty I am having is trying to work out what my dreams are telling me. My dreams feel very different at the moment too, the experiences or sensations that I feel are all new, not scary necessarily, but different from dreams I have had previously. Perhaps it is all caffeine induced!! I have had some really strong feelings of deja vu that I know I had dreamt before. But when I experience it, the situation I remember from my dream is something like me walking down a street and talking to a friend, nothing really consequential.
Quentin's Diagnosis: Dear Emma, Dreams are signposts and alerts, balancing the spirit or soul. Not to worry if you donšt remember your dreams as you assimilate the knowledge anyway. On our web site www.ozdreamtime.com.au - On the menu bar therešs a category called Dream Guidanceš, giving insight into ways to remember your dreams. If you are having trouble sleeping then youšre not actually regrouping your daily experiences before you sleep. You may need time to clear your head daily, by meditation of thought, so as not to create a build up of energy in that crown chakra. For a closer interpretation, ask yourself what you have to learn from the dream? Dreams are there to show you how you can be more successful in life, foretell the changes for tomorrow or give us feedback from unresolved issues. All sent to help us become complete, evolved beings, in control of our destinies. With Deja Vu, these are the signposts that confirm our journeyšs path.. So regroup more, collect your thoughts and monitor them daily and the understanding will come to you.
