Dream Planes

What we do in our waking, day-to-day existence is mirrored on the astral scale of 1 - 10: ten being the lowest eschellons of the imagination. Nightmares of the condemned, etc. From heaven to hell, exit through the doors of perception, from which we leave our physical selves. Perceive life on a scale from one to ten, then place life's best and worst on plateaux like steps .... to enlightenment. The levels to which we can transcend depend on the health of the mind, body and soul.
