Dream:I was in a room I believe is my bedroom and was talking on the telephone. The scene was sunny and I was looking at the sash window. Outside was bright and sunny. The conversation involved talking to someone who I was familiar with but not sure who. I was discussing items that I should be paid for as part of my condition of employment. Whoever it was made a statement about me being back to which I replied that I was asked to come back and work two areas. ( this was a friendly conversation). At the same time of the person asking the question the sash window started to rise as if being pushed up by someone. I told the person on the other end of the line that I had to tell the ghost to leave the room. I sensed that I did not want the window to be opened. As I walked over to the window, I told the ghost to leave that everything was OK and I did not want them there. (I think I was a bit forceful here) I started to pull down the window and became aware that the window was not moving and something was wrong. As I turned around I saw that I was on the outside on the house and the window was actually about 1 metre away. I felt suspended and simultaneously realised that I was not standing on the floor. I then panicked, started to drop, kicked my legs, as if scrabbling for the edge and screamed, waking myself with a scream. It was about 2.30 in the evening and took me sometime to go back to sleep.
Quentin's Diagnosis:In your dream, you were in your bedroom, which is home and where you sleep. It's also the place where you recompose yourself and replenish yourself daily. The window is a window of opportunity and the sash represents a gift to you. The connection with your father may be because he didn't have anything to give you. As you were discussing your conditions of employment you were disturbed by a ghost. It's good to be forceful if you want them to learn. Windows are the eyes to the soul and we feel you are looking at your own resistance. It's knowing when it's right to go and when not to. You need to trust that you have the same gift as your father. He could astral travel and so can you. You have to decide when it's the right time for you to make choices and stop resisting. Feeling suspended outside of your window is you making decisions. Having an out of body experience in the process of making choices and you are frightened of just doing it. Your Guardian Spirit alerts you to the truth and your Holy Spirit protects you through your higher self. Goose bumps is just the quickening of the flesh. So your friend who knew your father, having this experience, is confirming her psyche and connection with you. You have the power, just have faith.
