Dream: A group of people and I were on another planet and ready to leave in a hurry (all in separate 'shuttles') I think something was rolling or coming towards us in a hurry but it wasn't living as far as I remember. We all realized that someone was left behind but I was the only one who got out of his / her shuttle and went back to help him. It turned out that there were about 3 people left behind but by now it was too late to return to our shuttles to leave so we headed off towards a huge door which was completely in the other direction. The ground fell from beneath our feet and we all went sliding down into this huge room which had very high ceilings and a 'walkway' running around right at the very top. I remember being fascinated by it although I was scared it took all my attention for a while! Then I noticed that people (normal humans) were being captured by these huge 'monsters' but in my dream I could only see their legs b/c they were so big; like humans but much wider and taller and made of rock or metals. The largest of them liked me and wanted to 'keep me'. He had me pressed up against the wall and I thought it was in a sexual way, but because of our differences in size he didn't know what to do with me! But the strangest part was that the people that they captured were being skinned and these skins were laid side by side and sewn together. Then just as I was beginning to get really scared and start to run out the 'front' one of these skin-creations was coming in. She had been out sun bathing and looked really good! From that point on I wasn't scared anymore and I think that's where the dream ended and I woke up. The skinning was not gruesome in any way, no blood or anything like that.

The monsters, which were human-like could have been your first human contact as a newborn. The doctor, nurses and family around at the time of your birth whose presence literally overwhelmed you as they towered over you and poured emotion on you.
